Begin Again was created for women navigating grief, divorce, disappointment, loss, or a season when life has changed unexpectedly. It is for the woman who may not know exactly what comes next but is ready to slow down, make space for what she is feeling, and take one gentle step forward.
No. Begin Again is arranged as a three-week journey, with one module for each week, but there is no required schedule. You are welcome to pause, reflect, and move through the course at the pace that feels right for you.
Each module is divided into short, manageable video sections, including an introduction, lesson, reflection, guided prayer, and summary. Each module includes approximately 15 minutes of recorded video.
Begin Again is hosted online through Sparrow + Grace Co. After purchasing, access instructions will be sent to the email address you use at checkout. Please use an email address you can access and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the message.

Yes. Begin Again is a private, self-paced experience. There are no required group meetings, live sessions, or deadlines. You can complete the lessons in a quiet space, pause when you need to, and return when you feel ready.
No. Begin Again is a faith-centered educational bible study intended to support personal reflection and spiritual growth. It is not counseling, therapy, medical treatment, crisis care, or a substitute for support from a qualified mental health professional, physician, or pastor.
